High school seniors – Have you suffered injuries or a debilitating condition from an accident?
You are invited to apply for the Attorney Jeff Injury Lawyers scholarship. The scholarship program will award $6,000 to one or a combination of recipients for their higher education.
Submit your essay and application by December 15, 2022.
Who Can Apply?
College-bound high-school seniors can apply for the Jeff Accident Injury Fund. The applicant should have suffered from an injury or debilitating condition from an accident.
*The accident can be of any nature – It doesn’t have to be a personal injury accident.
Application Instructions
In an essay, answer the following questions:
How has an accident injured or debilitated you? How is it affecting your ability to attend or pay for your education?
The essay may be in written or video format. The applicant must write it themselves. In addition to your essay, submit the following with your application:
- Your full name
- The high school you attend and your anticipated graduation date
- What college you plan to attend and what you plan to study
- Contact information including your phone number, email address and physical mailing address
- Your GPA and most recent transcript, official or unofficial
- Anything else you want us to know, like your extra-curricular activities, community involvement or recommendations from others
- Applicants under 18 must submit a signed statement from a parent or guardian giving permission to apply

Terms and Conditions
You must be a United States citizen or lawful U.S. resident to apply for the scholarship. California residency is not required. The total award amount is $6,000, which may be divided among multiple recipients at the discretion of the scholarship committee.
You may be asked to verify your injury as a condition of receiving the award. You may be asked to verify any other information in your application including providing an official academic transcript. If you win, you agree to provide a photograph for use, along with your application materials, in promotions or media materials including websites and social media.
The successful applicant(s) will be notified at the phone, email or mailing address they provided. If they don’t respond within three days, they forfeit their award. The recipient must communicate and cooperate with the scholarship committee to complete transfer of the funds, including providing information about the college and method of payment for tuition and fees. Scholarship funds are payable towards school tuition and fees charged by the institution for attendance.
Decisions of the scholarship committee are final.
